It’s been an interesting season for Everton youngster Dominic Calvert-Lewin, following a summer which saw him net the winning goal for England U20s in the World Cup final.
It started with the prodigious 20-year-old keeping some of Ronald Koeman’s expensive summer signings out of the starting XI to assist Wayne Rooney twice in consecutive games – a 1-0 win over Stoke City and a draw with Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.
However, the versatile forward was then dropped for defeats to Chelsea and Tottenham, while his last outing on Thursday night against Atalanta ended in a 3-0 defeat, as Calvert-Lewin is seemingly struggling to lead the line away from home at the moment.
So with the Toffees yet to score a Premier League goal without the former Sheffield United hotshot, who Transfermarkt value at just £3.15million, in the starting XI and a difficult trip to Manchester United on the horizon, would you start him at Old Trafford on Sunday?
